Nancy J. Brennan
Vice President, Special Projects
Nancy J. Brennan currently serves as White Hat Management's Vice President where she oversees special projects. She joined White Hat in 1998 when she merged Brennan Learning Services with White Hat. In 1990, she founded Brennan Learning Services, an educational services and management company specializing in leasing, installing, and managing computer-based education and training centers. In 1996, she also became involved with the Brennan Industrial Group serving as Vice President.
Ms. Brennan strongly believes in community service. Her past community involvement includes being past Co-Chair of the Akron Civic Theater Capital campaign from 2001 to 2003. She currently is a member of the theater's advisory board. In addition, Ms. Brennan is active in Our Lady of the Elms Parent Teacher Organization. She is a 1994 graduate of the Leadership Akron community awareness and leadership development program sponsored by the Greater Akron Chamber.
In March 2004, Ms. Brennan was appointed a Commissioner for the Ohio Educational Telecommunications Network, which oversees Ohio's 12 public television stations, 34 public radio stations, and 9 Braille reading services. The agency has an annual budget of about $10 million. Her term expires in 2008. Ms. Brennan is also a 2004 recipient of the Harold K. Stubbs Humanitarian Award for Education.
A lifelong resident of Akron, OH, Ms. Brennan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Akron in Akron, OH, and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
